Our rental bikes are in perfect technical condition. We know them inside out and take care to keep them in excellent condition.
After each rental, they are checked and any minor faults are repaired.
Has your bicycle been immobilised for various reasons, e.g. an accident, inability to repair it at the moment? If you have your own bicycle insured, check whether your insurance will cover part of the cost of renting a replacement bicycle for the duration of the repair !
