TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TEST RIDES AND CONSULTATIONS

Test rides are available to customers interested in purchasing a bike.
A short test ride of up to 20 minutes is free of charge.
Longer test rides (over 20 minutes), individual consultations and comprehensive advice are treated as a paid service.
The cost of an extended test ride including consultation is: €35
If you purchase a bicycle, 100% of the cost of the test ride and consultation will be deducted from the purchase price.
Support with financing (e.g. loan, lease, instalments) includes:
- analysis of financing options,
- assistance in selecting an offer,
- assistance with the loan application process,
- preparation and handling of paperwork,
- liaison with the financing institution.
Handling the financing process and administrative formalities is a time-consuming service and, in the event of cancellation of the purchase, is subject to an individual fee of €35.
The scope of paid services includes, in particular :
- preparation of the bike for the test ride,
- personalised fitting,
- test rides,
- purchase consultations,
- handling of financial and administrative formalities.
Commencing a test ride, consultation or the financing process constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
